MY PLAYLIST

This post is all about the music i listen to! The story of my life is, every week i'll be hunting for new albums to purchase online or in the stores. I'm not sure whether you know, but i'm almost at 90% to complete my full new album! It's crunch time and i've been working hard on all the songs for release. The launch will be sometime in May 2011! EEEEP. End of March i will release the first single (a duet with an amazing male singer)

Anyhoo, this post is about some of the albums i've been listening to recently:

 I found their link: brothersfromanother.wordpress.com and they gave two free mixtapes link to download!! These boys have a refreshing flow accompanied by beats that are happy-natured. Who knows, maybe 2011 will make them shine in the mainstream arena?

 

I've always been a fan of N.E.R.D, i think their music speak of versatility, varied vocal styles and creatively arranged songs. Of course, Pharrell is one sexy man! Just nod your head, don't lie ladies and gents, i know you feel the same. LOL. OK but on the real though, I have no idea what Pharrell was thinking(!!) wearing that military feather hat but regardless, he pulled it off!

My fav on this album: Perfect Defect. Hypnotize Me.

 Meet DJ Mark Ronson, elder brother to Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan's ex girl).

Aight. This particular album is not really a fav of mine but it is one of the albums i picked up recently. I actually fell in love with Mark Ronson's producer style in this 2007 album i heard:

  

  It had songs like 'Oh My God' feat Lily Allen, 'Valerie' with Amy Winehouse.. and the list goes on. You should try and get this album if you haven't heard it. Seriously it's pretty amazing. Or some of my friends would say 'amazeballs'. weird.

 is that familiar to you? hehehe. Ok so i have a few copies left of that EP sitting in my office, what should i do with it? I'm opening up the blog floor for suggestions. :)
